03 — The story

I

It startedwith a ticket.

I spent four years in high-end IT support and administration, keeping critical systems, networks and the people who depend on them running.

The same problems,every day.

I saw the same broken processes again and again. Manual work that software should have handled. Tools that didn't fit the people using them.

So I stoppedfixing symptoms.

I started building the systems that remove the problem at the root: custom admin platforms, applications and tools shaped around real workflows.

Now I solve problemsfor a living.

For the last year and a half I've been building: admin platforms, apps and websites for businesses that need something made properly, for them. Support taught me to listen first. That's still where every project starts.

A cleaning operation runs on people, places and schedules. I designed and built a tailor-made administrative system for EM Service around its real daily operations, replacing generic tools with one platform built for how they work.

Contributed as a developer to swedlock.com, the website of a Swedish company replacing physical key bundles with secure, traceable digital access for municipalities, care services and critical infrastructure.

Pure Imaan

Clothing line with a purpose · pureimaan.se

I built Pure Imaan's e-commerce platform from scratch for a clothing line that donates 30% of its revenue to charity. It covers the storefront, product pages, cart and secure checkout with Stripe. Every product page shows exactly how much of the purchase is donated, and the customer chooses which cause it goes to.

Garageexperten

Website design & development · garageexperten.com

Garageexperten has sold garage and industrial doors to homeowners, housing associations and businesses across Sweden since 2011. I designed and built their website: a clear catalogue of doors, product pages with sizes and prices, and a direct route to requesting a quote.
